One-Stop Operator
The Seventh Planning District Consortium Workforce Development Board has selected Eckerd Youth Alternatives, Inc. dba Eckerd Connects as the area's One-Stop Operator provider through a competitive process. This selection was made in accordance with the Uniform Guidance, WIOA and its implementing regulations, as well as local procurement laws and regulations. The contract outlines the responsibilities of the One-Stop Operator in coordinating the service delivery of the required One-Stop Partners and service providers.
For the period spanning from October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2021, the Seventh Planning District Consortium Workforce Development Board has chosen Eckerd Youth Alternatives, Inc. as the One-Stop Operator. This decision was reached through a competitive procurement process, with a budget not exceeding $98,000.00 annually. Additionally, the board has the option to renew the contract for up to three additional one-year periods, contingent upon funding availability and contractor performance, subject to Board approval.
